Business owners, remember to take fiscal year- end inventories, confirm accuracy of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and reconcile your books to your bank accounts, loans and credit card accounts. This Post-2009 world is not business-friendly. In early 2010, a Federal law was enacted with "Health Care" in its title.
